| INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION |
The factory was founded in the 1950s as a small workshop for the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and tools. Since 1963, the workshop has been producing seed and grain selection machines for the agricultural machinery industry, "Zmaj" from Belgrade. Since 1968, it started to produce small tractors under an agreement and through the technical cooperation with the company "AGRI-Verka" from Stuttgart and since 1977, motors and other agricultural machinery. Since 1970, the factory has been operating under its current name. The factory has the following production lines in its complex: Heat treatment line, annealing ovens, painting line with 9000 color bathtub, 2 spraying cabins with water curtains, ventilation (drying, etc.).
The subject of the investment are buildings, land and movable property, divided into two parts:
Unit 1:
- Warehouse of finished products 1.282 m2
- Warehouse of finished products 1.495 m2
- Land on cadastral parcel 3420/12 of 6.484 m2 and 3420/13 of 1.440 m2
- Movable property (Underground oil tank and supplies of materials, unfinished products, finished products and spare parts)
Unit 2:
- Small tractors factory 10.715 m2
- Administrative building 573 m2
- Restaurant with kitchen 1.135 m2
- Wardrobe 371 m2
- Operating offices 200 m2
- Boiler room 509 m2
- Compressor station and two transformer stations 287 m2
- Fuel warehouse 148 m2
- Technical gas storage 97 m2
- Wastewater decontamination 59 m2
- Guard booth 27 m2
- Two wells with a total area of 64 m2
- Canopy for bicycles 101 m2
- Land on plots 3420/1 (2ha, 98a) and 3420/13 of 1,440 m2
- Movable property (equipment and machinery, flex line, annealing furnace, car, tools and small inventory)
The location is in the industrial zone, next to the main road M25 Nis - Kladovo. The location is 45 km away from the highway, 60 km from the nearest airport in Nis.

The facilities are in good condition, they have not been used for ten years. Ownership is 100% state-owned – “DP IMT- Factory of small tractors and motors in bankruptcy"
The buildings are for sale as two units through a public auction. The estimated price at the auction on August 11, 2021 for Unit 1 was 70,470,213, and for Unit 2 - 284,418,319 dinars.
In Knjaževac, there is a large number of skilled workers for industry as well as a long tradition in the processing industry.
