INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Fish Processing Facility is located 500 m from the Hydro Power Plant “Đerdap 2” and the beach Kusjak, on the banks of the Danube. In the immediate vicinity is the main road Zajecar - Kladovo. It was made for the breeding of sturgeon species of fish: cod, sterlet and sturgeon, and it is also suitable for carp and trout.

The building is in functional condition and can be used as a pond, but with the reconstruction it can have a tourist and restaurant purpose. The facility also includes space for accommodation of workers with beds for two people.

The area of the building and the plot on which it is located is 599 m2. The building was built of concrete in 2001, has three circular pools and is 4 m high.

The facility has electricity of 380 kV and has a connection for industrial water of 4 bar.

OTHER INFORMATION

The building is 100% privately owned by Stanko Birucic. The facility was built without a permit and is currently in the process of legalization.
