The project for the construction of a hunting lodge in the village of Dugo Polje in the municipality of Sokobanja, for which a building permit was issued. The owner of the building permit and of the plot is Mićko Stojković from Sokobanja.

The project envisages the construction of a hunting lodge with a basement, ground floor and attic with a total gross area of 246 m2 and a net area of 198.16 m2 on a plot of 31.4 ares. According to the construction permit, the estimated value is 5,690,270 dinars without VAT.

The plot is located on 900 m from the village, in the center of the hunting ground, overlooking the mountains Rtanj, Devica, Bukovik, Slemen, Krstatac and Ozren. The village water supply system passes through the plot.

The road next to the plot is used for off-road vehicles, bicycles, mountaineers, and also by the state-owned company for management of forests “Srbija šume” which maintains it. Several neighboring plots are offered for sale, so there is a possibility to expand the plot.
