A plot of 1 hectare and 20 ares (construction land) with a registered building in the village of Vrmdža, near Sokobanja.

According to the spatial plan, the plot is intended for industrial and craft production, as well as for the construction of business and trade complexes. It is particularly suitable for rural tourism. It is possible to carry out any type of agricultural production and animal breeding on the plot. The plot is 500 m away from the asphalt road, and the access road is in a good condition (marked in the cadastre). It is possible to connect to electricity from a distance of 500 m, although the plot has good hydro potential for the production of electricity for its own needs. The plot is located on a gentle slope with a beautiful view of the natural terrain for sport climbing (with 125 routes for sport climbing - the third largest in Serbia), as well as the peaks of Latin Grad Fortress. The plot has an open view to the distance. It is located in untouched nature and has clean mountain water that flows in the Vrmdža River next to the plot.

Vrmdža is a unique village with characteristic rocks known for the arrival of people from all over the world, as well as for numerous cultural and tourist events (the most famous is Vrmdža FEST - international documentary film festival), ethno-tourism, the state championship in sport climbing, tourist attractions such as the Latin Grad fortress, the church of St. Trinity, Ethnographic Museum, Vrmdža lake and the vicinity of the mighty mountain Rtanj.
