The municipality of Knjaževac leases production hall with the administrative building that belonged to the former "IMT" factory.

The location consists of 4 buildings: Former production facility (so-called: gear factory) of 8,007 m², administrative building - 1,060 m² in the base, 3360 m² of total area, restaurant with kitchen - 638 m² and other buildings – wardrobe - 721 m².

There is a possibility of investing in a separate units (facilities)

The municipality is the owner of the factory.

The building is in good condition, it has not been used for ten years.
