At the entrance to the town of Negotin, from the direction of Zajecar, it is planned to build a camping site on a greenfield location near the state road no. 35 Kladovo-Negotin-Zajecar-Nis. Near the planned plot, there are three already built wineries and two are in the construction phase. None of them have the capacity to stay overnight. The plan is to build a space for a bungalow-type accommodation and a camp with accompanying facilities for children's play, socializing, etc. Mini lake - swimming pool, children's adventure park, outdoor and indoor food preparation area, container with showers and toilets, charger for electric cars. The plot is 100% privately owned and can be sold or to build in partnership.

The total land area is 1.7 ha. The area around the main road Kladovo-Negotin-Zajecar-Nis is especially interesting for investments in various tourist projects, especially camps, because there are not other camps in the immediate vicinity. The nearest camps are in Kusjak, then near Grabovica (Kladovo) and Dusanovac (Negotin), but they have limited capacites. There are no other camps in eastern Serbia (nearest are in the vicinity of Požarevac, Pirot and Vranje).
