INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION |
The building of Hunting Lodge, owned by the municipality of Sokobanja, is located near the famous "Borići" picnic site in a pine forest on an area of 7.63 ha. In the immediate vicinity of the building is the source of drinking water "Vrelo", which is included in the city's water supply system, and the open-air amphitheater "Summer Stage Vrelo". The localities surrounding the facility, in addition to the spring are the Summer Stage (recognizable place for mass gatherings and organizing traditional events - "The First Harmonica of Serbia", competitions of folklore ensembles, theater scene), special rehabilitation center "Special Hospital Sokobanja" with accommodation capacity of 560 beds, picnic site "Borići" and residential area (the first villas in Sokobanja - many of them are protected cultural monuments).
The building of the Hunting Lodge was once used as a restaurant, it has a total area of 391.48 m2 on two floors. The building is fully infrastructurally equipped – connected to the water, sewage and electricity networks.

According to the general regulation plan of Sokobanja, the wider area of “Vrelo” is defined as an immovable cultural asset, that is, a spatial-cultural-historical entity, and the maintenance and reconstruction of buildings is allowed only within existing dimensions.
The municipality of Sokobanja is looking for a private partner for the reconstruction of the building.
