Within the site of 3.75 ha there is a plateau, which is located between the beach on the coast of the Timok river and the old quarry in the form of an amphitheater. The land is located a 5-minute walk from the Rehabilitation Center in Gamzigrad Spa and a few kilometers from Felix Romuliana. There is a path nearby that leads through the tunnel through which the train used to travel. The potential purpose can be tourist - ethnic village, restaurant, accommodation facilities. The location is easily accessible - it is located on the main road Paraćin-Zaječar, at the turn for the village of Metovnica.

The plot is privately owned and consists of four cadastral parcels. Currently, it is not equipped with utilities, but water and electricity connections are located in the immediate vicinity. The location is included in the General Urban Plan.
