The project envisages the creation of an adrenaline park for children and a zip line with two lines, which would be suitable for all ages, on a privately owned plot.

The plot is located in Oreskovica near Donji Milanovac and includes 8 parcels with a total area of 189.94 ares.

In addition to the entertainment content, the adrenaline park will also have a space for rest and relaxation with a restaurant. Within the plot there is a parking space for 4-5 buses.

In addition to the plot itself, only twenty meters from the location, there is a Roman tunnel, which extends from the location, below the hill, to the Danube. The tunnel is very attractive and it is planned to be included in the tourist map of Donji Milanovac in the next period.

A preliminary design has been made for the adrenaline park. The estimated value of the investment is € 28,000. There is currently no electricity on the plot itself, but the power line runs along the very edge. There is no sewerage, but a septic tank is planned. There is drinking water on the plot. The plot is located in a populated area, so there is an asphalt road to the plot. The state road (Iron Gate magistral road) Pozarevac-Golubac-Donji Milanovac-Kladovo is at a distance of 1200 m. A partner is needed to build an adrenaline park.
