A camp for cyclists, mountaineers and nature lovers is planned to be built on a privately owned plot of 22 ares.

There are three plateaus on the plot, and one building has already been built on one of them - a log cabin with an area of 41 m2, which is registered in the cadastre. On the remaining two plateaus, it is planned to build a camp with several bungalows and to arrange space for setting up at least 20 tents.

There is currently no electricity, water supply and sewage on the plot, and the connections to the low-voltage network and the city water supply are located at a distance of 200 m.

The location named "Kazanski potok" is situated only a hundred meters from the Djerdap magistral road, in the immediate vicinity of Donji Milanovac and the Hotel "Lepenski vir", surrounded by greenery and offering an excellent view to the Djerdap lake. There is not a single camp in the area from Veliko Gradište to Brza Palanka.

Two models are possible for camp construction. The first is that the potential investor buy a part of the land and build small bungalows on them, arrange the space for the tents, arrange the infrastructure (electricity, water, sewerage, access road...). Another possibility is to start the realization of this investment in partnership. It is also possible to discuss other modalities of cooperation.
