INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION |
The project envisages the construction of a "destination" hotel in one of the best locations on the Stara Planina Mountain. The total land area planned for the construction of the hotel is 11.357 m2. The land is privately owned and has the status of construction land. The hotel is designed to have two rectangular parts that are at an angle of 150 degrees in which a total of 128 rooms are planned and a circular part of the hotel in which 27 comfortable suites are planned. The altitude is 1430 m. The whole location is oriented towards the sunny south side with a beautiful view. The hotel will have 517 beds.
The planned hotel is located 600 m from the departure station of the cable car and the hotel Stara Planina, however, with the realization of DRP Phase 2, on 100 m from the location, the starting point of two cable cars and one children's lane are planned, which will make this location much more attractive.
The plot is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Stara Planina, on the edge of the plateau of Jabučko Ravnište, which offers a magnificent view to the south and west. Near the plot there is a main transformer station (300 m), a wastewater collector with the latest technology (100 m), three future SKI LIFTS (100 m), and the future road with sidewalks and a bike path will pass through a main part of the plot.

No electricity has been brought to the plot at this time. At a distance of 300 m there is a main transformer station for the entire Stara Planina. Water and sewage connection stations are at 50 m. The location is 100% privately owned.
