The log cabin with a usable area of 60 m2 is located in untouched nature, 35 km from Knjaževac, in the village of Aldinac, next to the border with Bulgaria, on a plot of 0.5 ha. The log cabin is connected with 25 km of asphalt road and 10 km of forest road. The log cabin was recently built and completely finished. It has its own water source and is suitable for living, tourist stay in nature or hunting tourism. 6-7 people can stay in the log cabin at the same time. It has a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, a kitchen and a basement. On the first floor there is a gallery and a bedroom with a terrace. The log cabin is right next to the border with Bulgaria, at an altitude of 1100 m, in the very heart of the hunting grounds. That area was declared a nature park of the first category. The building has a building and use permit. A partner for the promotion and organization of tourist arrivals is needed.

The log cabin is located on the border of the state hunting area and two hunting areas that belong to the Knjaževac Hunting Society and the Minićevo Hunting Society, which are among the richest hunting areas in the southern and eastern Serbia (wild boar, deer, roe deer and wolf). The advantage of the location for hunting tourism is that all three mentioned hunting areas can be used.
